12 months membership with monthly recurring payments. Your membership fee will be due every 30 days hereafter until your membership expires or is terminated in accordance with this agreement. All cancellations require 60 days written notice and are effective 60 days after the date received. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled and prorated if necessary. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Member pricing is not applicable to any other promotional offer and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. Memberships cannot be purchased with any certificates that have not been purchased directly from Dakarah. Upon termination or cancellation of your membership, all unredeemed membership services will expire. You may freeze (no recurring charges during freeze) your membership for a period of 60 days (maximum). At the end of the membership freeze term your dues will continue with your next scheduled recurring membership charge. Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time that your membership was frozen. We require 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a use of membership benefit and will have to wait 5 days before rebooking another appointment. Membership offerings are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. Dakarah Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or items. Dakarah Inc. reserves the right to change clinic rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice. You agree to follow clinic rules and regulations. We have the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason. Benefits cannot be rolled over to following months. Benefits must be used according to membership plan, all payments are due at the beginning of the billing cycle prior to use of benefits. Memberships are based on time alloted for plan, if more time is needed for treatment outside of membership benefits, members will have to pay for treatment but may apply membership discounts to the service. Your Dues Based membership entitles you only to the services indicated in your packages however you may purchase additional services at regular menu price. Memberships allow only one appointment per day in which all services must be scheduled on that day however exceptions may be made in order to accommodate service provider’s schedule. Your membership services and product rates are not transferrable to any other person or entity unless indicated in your package. Picture ID may be required to establish membership enrollment, to redeem services, and to receive special membership pricing.
We understand that everyone has unforeseen circumstances that may result in a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling. Please call us within 24 hours of your appointment or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To secure your appointment a $50 non-refundable deposit for all 2hr appointments, unless someone can take your time slot, we are almost always booked to capacity, so we are turning clients away for your time slot.
All services are final sale. We DO NOT accept refunds on services, packages, gift cards/certificates, memberships or products. Unopened products in the original packaging within 5 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
All lashes come with a 48-hour guarantee provided proper care is taken. Please ask your artist about aftercare.
